TORCH CUSTOMIZATIONS
At Maniweld, we recognize that different projects have different requirements and we are one of the few companies in Singapore undertaking customization works for torches.
This includes changing of fittings to suit different welding machines, different torch heads to suit user preference and most commonly making different allowable lengths of torches.
LENGTH CUSTOMISATIONS
Many customers came to Maniweld with request for different lengths of torches to suit their requirements. At Maniweld, we pride ourselves having the expertise to modify the torch lengths based on the amperage of the machines so as to fulfil this customer's requirement.
Please refer to the below for reference of the different lengths that we did:
MIG - Standard length pending brand generally 3m, 4.5m, 5m and 6m.
Modification up to 8m (with push pull).
TIG - Standard length 7.6m.
Modification up to 30m (with water cool).
FITTING CUSTOMIZATIONS
Welding Machines and Torches are sold mostly separately and due to the numerous brands in the market, there is a common trend to mix and match between torches and machines further to Customer requirements. Even within the torches, there is a user preference to use certain brand of heads and therefore customizations are required.
At Maniweld, we have a wide selection of fittings for most common brands either for the torch heads and the machine fittings (or plugs) and Maniweld would warrant, within conditions, the workings of such customizations.
