Servicing and Repair Works
As one of our core business, Maniweld have talented technicians and available spare parts to service up or repair most damage machines and / or Torches commonly due to wear and tear, reduced performance or general malfunctions.
Regardless of malfunctioning parts like motherboards, diode, capacitors, fans, power modules or damaged hoses, liners or torch fittings, Maniweld will undertake proper investigation to ascertain the root cause of the issue and provide assessments and recommendations.
Charges and repairs recommendations would be generally reasonable and amicably agreed with the Client before proceeding with the works.

Repairing a MMA 315 Welding Machine
This MMA 315 Welding Machine was not working and our technicians did a step by step comprehensive checks on every part of the machine (electronically and mechanically) from the input power to the output weld.
After preliminary checks, it was found that several components of the machine are not functioning including a burnt out input capacitor in the bottom Printer Circuit Board as well as the NTC Ceramic Input Capacitor. Upon reporting to the Customer, the Customer agreement was attained to proceed with the repairs.
Repairing a 7.6m (25ft) TIG Water Cool Torch.
This 7.6m TIG water cool torch was not working and our technicians did a step by step comprehensive checks along the length of the torch.
After preliminary checks, it was found that there is water recirculating issues and upon closer investigations within the torch, it is found that parts of the water hose has flatten out as shown.
The Customers was consulted on this matter and after gaining approval for repairs, the water hose was promptly replaced and the torch re-tested and back in working order.
